If there is a change of control in our business or a sale or transfer of business assets, wereserve the right to transfer to the extent permissible at law our user databases, togetherwith any personal information and non-personal information contained in thosedatabases
Managing your personal information
You may request details of personal information that we hold about you in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You also have the right to ask us to correct your personal information where it is not otherwise correctly recorded. If you wish your data to be deleted, please send us an email to request for the deletion of your personal information. We will aim to complete the request within one month and send you a confirmation once it has been deleted.
We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with information that we hold about you, in certain circumstances set out in the Privacy Act or any other applicable law.
Changes to our privacy policy
